Reading around the 'net, I notice that there are some groups(allmusic, various message boards) out there who consider Eve to be Over the Rhine's best album.  While I doubt most of you here would agree with that, I was wondering if the album was still worth owning.  OtR's website has a limited quantity for sale, without the booklet, and I was thinking of buying it if it was a solid album, before they are all gone forever.

Fun facts about Chuck Norris:

Newton's Third Law is wrong: Although it states that for each action, there is an equal and opposite reaction, there is no force equal in reaction to a Chuck Norris roundhouse kick.

Chuck Norris can divide by zero.

Chuck Norris CAN believe it's not butter.

Eve will surprise you. You'll be amazed at how much OtR can rock out; it's a bluesy, guitar-heavy rock record, a far cry from Ohio, Films, and GDBD. It's not as strong as any of those three albums, but it's still excellent.

Very much worth owning.

I like Eve. I'd probably rank it just below FFR.
