Pray that I will be able to do God's will when it comes to my current situation. I am at "nerd camp" where I have met some interesting fellas to say the least. I am not in the presence of many Christians. I am a little embarrassed to say this, but this is kinda new for me. I believe I am doing quite well all things considered but I need help! Pray for my Unitarian roommate Zach, especially. Hopefully I will be able to even impact in a positive way my Hindu and Islamic peers. Bottomline: Stanton needs prayer!

I will certainly pray that God gives you the strength, courage, and love to be a light for Him while you are at camp. May your experience strengthen your faith. And remember to have fun, Stanton (or whatever you do at nerd camp  Wink ).

Stanton, you can do this! God has placed you there for a reason!! Yes, I know you know that. But, let it sink in. Remember how shocking CAK was for me? Even you, mr. integrity, was a huge culture shock. I know CAK is nothing compared to where you are, but you aren't as "by the law", "do this is or you're going to hell" as I was. This is good, and let God be the one working through you. Maybe this is a test, maybe this is just a growing time. Whatever it is, God knows and will make the best out of it. So, keep your foundation in the Lord.

Lord, I ask you to give this mighty man of God direction, compassion, and strength to persevere through this next month. Show him how you want your name to be lifted up. Reveal yourself to Stanton in dreams and visions. Continue to give him a thirst, hunger, desire, and passion for you! Show him where to find the answers that man can't give. Lord, I know this is good for Stanton, show him how to persevere and attain even more joy!! We bless you, Lord, for you are good!! In the name of the Savior, amen.

We'll be praying for you at the prayer meeting as well on Saturday, Stanton. Don't hang in there. Make the most of this time, if you don't you'll regret it.  Wink  Can you imagine all God is going to show you in these next few weeks!?!?!? It's so exciting!! Yes!! Keep us updated if you can warrior. Blessings over you!

Things are going as well I can ask for. I had a discussion with my three suite mates until three in the morning. I did not start the conversation and in fact I stopped it! They do not understand how God could be so righteous but then create us and then possibly send us to hell. Eternal damnation is too harsh, according to them. These guys have awesome minds, but the hearts are rejecting. I have some Christian friends here, but many are not willing to state their beliefs firmly. I'll try to keep you informed...
