Well, with a mere five months remaining in this calender year, I'm curious: What 2004 releases do we STILL have to look forward to?

I'm still waiting on new albums from:

U2 (November)
REM (October)
Elvis Costello (Two albums this fall)
Tom Waits (October)
Maria McKee (???)
Kevin Max (EP, sometime very soon)

Am I leaving any out?

I'll be buying the albums from Mars Ill, Ryan Cabrera, and Shawn McDonald.  After that, I'm not sure.

Steven Curtis Chapman - All Things New
Mute Math - Reset EP
Chris Tomlin - Arriving
TobyMac - Welcome To Diverse City
Anberlin - Never Take Friendship Personal
GRITS - Dichotomy B

I'll pick up the Relient K album.  Forgot about Mars ILL, too.  That will surely be another snag for me.

I'm hoping Nickel Creek gets their new one out this year. In the meantime, I'll have to check out the Mutual Admiration Society disc that they did with Glen Phillips.

According to their site the new cd won't be out 'til early '05 at the earliest.  They are going into the studio with Aaron Sprinkle on Aug 9th.

Thanks! It's great to be here.

I've lurked behind the scenes of these boards for a long time, but never have posted for some reason.

I came across this link where you can pre-order a signed copy of Buddy's upcoming cd for $13.99 and thought I'd share it here in case anybody is interested.

http://store.milesofmusic.com/prodinfo.asp...aitem=5&mitem=5

I had heard him perform a couple songs from it (Wide River to Cross and Worry Too Much). they were great, and I plan on getting the cd.
