At one time or another over the last couple of years, I have misplaced:

Kevin Max - Stereotype Be
Over The Rhine - Films For Radio
U2 - Zooropa
U2 - Under A Blood Red Sky
REM - Reveal
Pedro The Lion - Control

Those last two are absent right now, washing endless waves of meloncholy over my dejected soul.

I've gotten lucky...only losing one, but it's a good one.  "Kind of Blue" by Miles Davis.  I bawl everytime I think about it, so thanks a lot.

I could not function without my copies of Reveal and Kind of Blue.

I haven't lost any that I'm aware of, but my copy of REM's Life's Rich Pageant is stuck in my dead CD player and won't come out.  [_[

The patient is obviously getting a butt ring. Very stylish, if extremely uncomfortable...

*shudder* anyway...

I had a John Williams soundtrack cd with theme music from several different movies which didn't get lost in the sense that I don't know where it is but was lost to me in the sense that it now exists in several pieces when the jewel case got annihilated accidentally in a travel bag of mine.

And when I was leaving college for Spring Break, I saw a girl driving off with a HUGE cd-binder on top of her car. I yelled and waved, but either she didn't notice me or accelerated away from the creepy guy yelling and waving at her, but as far as I know that cd binder is now somewhere on I-81 in much worse condition than it used to be.

If you don’t have freedom as a principle, you can never see a reason not to make an exception. There are constantly going to be times when for one reason or another there’s some practical convenience in making an exception.
