If anyone would like to make a list, even if it is shorter, please feel free. Wink

I wouldn't really make a list like that for any artist or band until at least 6 months after their latest album has been released, just to let it sink in. If you notice, a lot of the new songs are near the top. This could be because they really are that good, or because they're from an album that just released this past month and you're still giddy over the new material, thus rating them higher.

I have to say, though, that that must have taken a lot of fanboy work to do that.

I don't think I could do a list on Cindy Morgan like this.  Maybe a Top 20 or 30...but ALL of them?

BTW Paul - what about the songs from !Hero - The Rock Opera, Heaven & Earth and Your Love Broke Through?  Or her duets with Bryan Duncan, Newsboys or Jeff Deyo?

The songs from 'Heaven and Earth' are there already, together. Do you see them?

I forgot to include 'Your Love Broke Through'.

I left out duets because they are not all RSJ, so it would be harder to rank them.

I don't even consider the Jeff Deyo song a duet.
It's more like 'Jeff Deyo with RSJ singing back up'.

I don't have 'Hero - the Rock Opera' yet, in either DVD or CD,  and believe it or not I've never heard one song from it yet!

What is the duet with Bryan Duncan?

Well, to give credit where credit is due, Shawn (worshipGOD) from CMC posted all the songs a while back and challenged us to do a favorite list so I followed his lead.
I probably would not have initiated it. Wink

Good.

I don't think cover songs should count.  Nobody can do that song justice anyways except Keith Green and he's not with us anymore.

To me, cover songs would count, but duets, live versions  and remixes would not for a comprehensive list of a singers songs in order of preference.
Just a matter of what floats your boat. 8-)

a live version of a cover song is still a cover song.  So you're ok with it counting on a studio album but not a live album?

We are talking about two different things here.
A studio cover version is someone else's song sung by an artist.
Live songs are normally the artists doing their own songs, but yes, sometimes they do cover versions of other aartists live.

This is not a big deal. I prefer not to list any live songs, whether they are the artist's own songs or covers of other people's songs in my list.
Anyone can make a list any way they want to. Wink

Do you mean you don't care for that song either,
or are you being funny and saying 'we don't need this list'? laugh

I don't care for the song either. Definitely not one of her finer moments.

Well, that's a duet, hence not on my list, but if it was it would be near the bottom, after 'I Thank You', which is also near the bottom.
The words are nice, but I just don't like 'Expressions Of Your Love' much at all.
