I'll play, though it seems like we do this in every Radiohead thread! We really do. Let's do it with another band sometime.

Here I thought you'd go in chronological order for Kutless.
I can't fairly rate their work. I barely remember it, and I was pretty quick in taking it off my hard drive.

Here I thought you'd go in chronological order for Kutless. Meaning that they've gotten better over time, or worse? Neither would actually be true (their latest album is their best, or more appropriately, their least horrible, and their worship album is their most wretched). Well, maybe I'll try it with a different band: Burlap to Cashmere1. Anybody Out There? AOK, that wasn't very much fun.

1 Achtung Baby! 2 The Joshua Tree 3 War 4 Pop 5 Atomic Bomb 6 The Unforgettable Fire 7 All That You Can't Leave Behind 8 Zooropa 9 Boy 10 October 11 Rattle & Hum
I think. U2's catalog is hard to rank for me after #2.

As do I. Beyond War, they just end up in clumps of "these are pretty good" and "these are really inconsistent, but have some classic songs".

Cheating, but it's at least as good as Summerteeth - Kicking Television.

Would Mermaid Avenue count for that list or would it not since it was primarily Billy Bragg with Wilco and not Wilco as the primary artist.

Hmmm... I've been on a Tom Waits kick recently:
1. Rain Dogs 2. Blood Money 3. Real Gone 4. Alice 5. Bone Machine 6. Mule Variations 7. Swordfishtrombones 8. Closing Time
This guy has what may be the most consistently great singer-songwriter catalog out there; everything he's released since the early 80s has been exceptional.

i really NEED to check out Tom Waits. i'm pretty sure i'd like his music, but i haven't had the chance to hear much from him.
now here is a list that will probably be different for everyone here, and i admit my own order changes on occasion:
Over the Rhine
1. Drunkard's Prayer 2. Eve 3. Ohio 4. Good Dog, Bad Dog 5. Films For Radio 6. Patience 7. Darkest Night of the Year 8. "Til We Have Faces 9. Amateur Shortwave Radio
The Innocence Mission (positions 4-8 are pretty much in flux and negotiable as i don't believe they've ever made anything close to bad album.)
1. Befriended 2. Birds of My Neighborhood 3. Glow 4. Small Planes 5. Umbrella 6. Christ Is My Hope 7. S/T 8. Now the Day Is Over

ITunes has all but their first 2 albums and Christ is my Hope. Sadly, I think they are out of print.

Likewise with The Choir and Daniel Amos for me, but I might take a crack at it tonight

1 Revolver 2 Sgt. Pepper's 3 White 4 Abbey Road 5 Rubber Soul 6 Magical Mystery Tour 7-whatever Everything else
1 Homogenic 2 Post 3 Vespertine 4 Medulla 5 Debut
1 Agaetis Byrjun 2 ( ) 3 Takk... 4 Von
1 The Soft Bulletin 2 Clouds Taste Metallic 3 At War with the Mystics 4 Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots 5 Transmissions from the Satellite Heart 6 In a Priest-Driven Ambulance Zaireeka is in there somewhere, but I haven't heard it the way it was meant to be. I haven't really given much thought to their 80s material, but it's not as good as what they did in the 90s and beyond by all accounts.

Sigur Ros 1. Takk... B 2. ( ) B 3. Agaetis Byrjun B 4. Von (I'm not even going to dignify this one with a rating, since much of it barely even qualifies as music)
The Flaming Lips (what I've heard of them, anyway) 1. At War with the Mystics B 2. Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots B- 3. The Soft Bulletin B- (I've heard Zaireeka, but as bloop mentioned, not in its proper context)

I didn't know Takk... became your favorite Sigur Ros album.
All of their albums, other than Von, would get some variety of A (8.0 or higher) from me. Some of the Flaming Lips records (anything before Soft Bulletin really), I've never rated.
