#9 is a U2 song. I just can't figure out which one it is.
Wanna mark the other ones I already figured out? (You didn't have to give #13 away in the other thread; I'd have gotten to it eventually, or someone else would've.)

Yeah, I'm just not thinking clearly (hence I messed up the lyrics on my own meme). Too tired, need sleep.

DOH! I was thinking of that song when trying to identify #9, and I even went so far as to look up its lyrics in the hopes of verifying my guess. Then I realized I was wrong and came up with "Wire", but why did I not realize that "Two Hearts" was one of the other clues?

My guess is that it's the Aimee Mann song from the Magnolia soundtrack.

That would be correct. I don't know if it's a cover or not, but that's the recording I have.

I forget - how did Jars of Clay's "Tonight" and "Shipwrecked" go? 19. This artist is well-known not just for his great music, but for the odd combo of his religion and genre
Matisyahu. Or to revive a group name I mentioned in another thread, the Palestinian Lyrical Front. Secretly, I just like namedropping. 26. This band travels to far away planets very, very fast.
Starship? 29. This song is devoted to colorful phenomenon that occurs in the skies north of the equator, the singer recently released a solo album
Aurora?

The bands are correct, know the song titles? I have no idea. guessing the clues for the band names was fun though. I tried to think of the planet one but didn't think I had heard of the band. finally googled and nope, I didn't know it.
