I think a few of them have been mangled beyond recognizability due to the removal of the title. Song titles often come up in, and especially at the end of, choruses, which in turn tend to be the last thing you hear in a lot of songs.

It's actually Something Like Silas, but several artists have recorded it, so naming any of them would suffice.

I was at a resteraunt. I ordered a chicken sandwich, but I don't think the waitress understood me. Cuz she said "how would you like your eggs?". So I tried to answer her anyhow, I said incubated, and then raised, and then beheaded, and then plucked, and then cut up, and then put on a grill, and then put on to a bun. No, I'm not suggesting we stop playing the game. I just thought I'd see what would happen if we took the last lyrics from a song instead of the first ones. (In cases where songs fade out while words are still being sung, I'll just pick from among the last lines that are audible.)

5. If you walk away, walk away, I walk away, walk away, [repeat title several times].
Wow, and I thought I wasn't the only person here to listen to U2. Bono's full of shit though, he doesn't make a habit of following people (and if everyone doesn't get this now...then they are really dense).

Some hints:

1. This band has a hard-driving sound.

2. Roger.

7. This band had a song in the trailer for Little Miss Sunshine even though the song didn't appear in the movie.

11. This song is from a debut solo record by a singer from a very popular band; I kind of thought the solo album was a waste of time.

12. This artist's first name is a woman's undergarment.

14. This guy's last name could mean "one who manufactures intercourse". The song is from his newest album.

17. This song is from an album that, much to my chagrin, goes back and forth between new studio tracks and live performances.

22. The first part of this artist's stage name is a European city.

26. This group is known for their nonsensical lyrics. Half the time I can't figure out what in the blue blazes they're talking about.

23. This is a signature song from a classic CCM artist. Very popular at weddings.
14. Ron Sexsmith, maybe?  (I'm not too familiar with his music, though.)

23. I'll take a wild stab and say Steven Curtis Chapman's "I Will Be Here."  A couple of my friends used that song at their wedding.

OK, here are the answers. I think Josh H. and bloop could have gotten a few of these, but I don't think they generally play the meme games. Oh well.
