I don't get out to see many movies these days, but I'm going to do my best to see this during the Thanksgiving holiday. So far, it's the best reviewed movie of the year at RottenTomatoes with a score of 96, and that's after 92 reviews.

Little Miss Sunshine was that high but now its at 92. I might go see this, but I've never been a big fan of the Bond movies.

It's good. That's all I'll say.
The guys dorms at my school rented out a theater for a midnight showing last night.

adriftconscious, on an unrelated topic, I love your sig. We sang that song my senior year of college in our choir. Singing in Russing kicks arse.

Saw it.
I've never liked a James Bond movie in my life, so I'm still somewhat shocked to be saying this, but...
It's so freaking good.
This is Bond with balls-- everything the Bond movies always should have been. Daniel Craig is outstanding-- not only is he a rough, rude, cocky SOB of a Bond, but he's also an actual ACTOR. His work here won't get him an Oscar nomination, but it's clear that he takes the role seriously in a way that no other Bond ever has.
The Bond formula is hardly gone, but it's certainly re-energized. The action sequences are exhilarating, a cut above the usual 007 fare. But for the first time ever, the emphasis here is on story over stunts, and the film delivers in a huge way. There are some emotional barbs here that you just won't believe.
Judi Dench is a delight as M, sinking her teeth into the role like never before. Eva Green is smart, sexy, and an actual CHARACTER-- not just eye candy.
The writing is just too good.
I can't wait to see it again.

I am a Bond fan, but I likely will never see this in theaters. Oh well. I remember my family had a marathon and I made a tally of the number of women with whom Bond fornicated. I think I lost count somewhere around "Live and Let Die".

I didn't like it as much as Josh, which is ironic since I was the one who's been anticipating it and he didn't really want to see it at first. Daniel Craig is so, so, so great and cool and sexy and I love him. I liked the movie as well; I'm not a Bond fan by nature and it's really not my genre, but I wasn't bored for a minute.

I'm a big fan of Bond movies - I've seen every one and liked all but about 1-2 or them. I am so hoping to see this sometime this week.

I saw this earlier today with my father-in-law. It was absolutely awesome. It deserves all the praise it is getting. Daniel Craig is a great Bond. I like his debut better than Moore, Brosnon, Dalton, and Lazenby. Only Connery's debut in Dr. No is better, in my opinion. Great writing, acting, stunts, and casting. Judi Dench was brilliant, as always. Eva Green was the best Bond girl in years. The action sequences were some of the most intense and suspensful I've seen at the movies in some time. I can't wait to get this on DVD and watch it many times. This has knocked Pirates 2 from the top spot for 2006.

If anybody, for some odd reason, hasn't seen this yet.. you now have no excuse. Amazon is renting it for $.99 this weekend. If you have broadband, give it a shot. It can be stored on your PC for 30 days, and once you start watching it you have 24 hours to finish it. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000PT6OY2/

I was at a resteraunt. I ordered a chicken sandwich, but I don't think the waitress understood me. Cuz she said "how would you like your eggs?". So I tried to answer her anyhow, I said incubated, and then raised, and then beheaded, and then plucked, and then cut up, and then put on a grill, and then put on to a bun. Damn, it's gonna take a while! I don't have time - scrambled! -- Mitch Hedberg

Hm, interesting. It might be worth a buck just to see how enforceable those rules really are, though if it requires you to install some sort of evil software on your PC then I think I'll give it a miss. I've already seen it, and I like it, but I don't really want to see it again right now.
