Uh...I'm guessing this is someone affiliated with the EFF working to challenge the system (for instance, selling a legally purchased music track falls within fair use laws) and prove that the iTunes system doesn't solve anything. That's the only rational explanation I can come up with for the huge bid price and the strange auction in the first place.
