I've mentioned this album a couple of times in the "What Are You Listening To?" thread, but I felt this album deserves its own.  As I stated earlier, to me, this album is an A+ in every way.  Catchy, complex, and unforgettable.  The piano and drum work are absolutely amazing.  I love the sax and horn pieces that are thrown in here and there.  This is excellent modern jazz with a solid pop/rock soundtrack.  The vocals are great, too - this guy has improved considerably just since last year's EP.  In short, I was expecting unpredictable, but I wasn't expecting to be dazzled.

I know that Wanderer is a big fan, too, but he can't access the Phorum for some reason.  I also read that bloop is thinking this is an A-range album.  I'm pretty sure that Murlough would like this.  Josh might, too, even though he didn't discover it first (I kid).

I supposedly have an advance copy on the way from the label... so I should be hearing it any day now.

Lucky!  I'm pretty sure I'll have to order this online - I'm guessing it won't be carried in stores around here.

I'm at school for the day so I can get on thephorum.  I love love love this album.  Words cannot express how great this album is to me and how blown away I was when I first listened to it.  I've listened to these guys in all the bands they've been in before now and they have come together to really make a superb piece of art.

Adelaide and This Day and Age, right?  They were both rather good.

adelaide, TD&A, elektromat, etc...Joe Seccharoli was in Adelaide and at times, Elektromat, both which formed from The McClurg Family Singers. Lead singer and guitarist of Adelaide go to my church. Singer is the director of worship/music ministries.  Guitarist has his own graphic design business and does all the tech stuff for the church.  They also are in Relevant Worship which I've talked about before.
