Yeah, I heard about that. Pretty annoying news. I mind the wait more than the premature death, though. I don't know how interested I'd be in watching the show once Silas and Samuels are dead and gone, and David is king. He's probably the most uninteresting character on the show to me.
Yeah, I have to wonder what the long-term plan would have been there. Given that we already know the basic story, it might have been more effective to tell it from the point of view of David's reign, periodically flashing back to the time frame we actually saw on the show to tell us how he became king.
