Does anyone follow them?  Which ones are you currently reading, and how are they?

Book or strips?  I've never read a comic book in my life, but I read the strips every day.  I read most of them for something to do, but I do enjoy a few of them.  Zits, Get Fuzzy, F Minus, Dilbert, and Foxtrot (only on Sunday) are the ones I really like.

I was talking comic books and graphic novels (which, whatever people tell you, are long comic books), but strips would be pretty interesting to talk about, too.  My favorite has, sadly, ceased ("Calvin and Hobbes"), and I don't get the newspaper.  I enjoy "Penny Arcade" from time to time (it's a webcomic).

I'm currently following "Batman and Robin", "Batman" (assorted Batman-related comics, really), "Wonder Woman", and the new "Detective Batwoman" was pretty good.  I've started to read "All-Star Superman", and "Y: The Last Man".

In the Batman series in particular, if they're planning on keeping him around for the long haul, Dick Grayson as Batman is going to take some getting used to.  Bruce shouldn't be immortal, but he should never die, IMO.   :ρ

I follow a lot of comic book plots tangentially, because of exposure through my real life friends and other forums I frequent. I don't really read them often myself but I will probably know what you're talking about given a major plotline just because I've probably heard a lot about it.

And yeah, it's going to be really interesting to see what direction they take with the Batman series'.

They're starting to make the dynamic between this new Batman and Robin (who happens to be Bruce's son...maybe) pretty interesting, but he doesn't feel like Batman to me yet.

The new Batwoman comic is really interesting - the art is just gorgeous and I can see the story going places.  I don't want them to focus too much on her sexuality just to sell comic books, and so far, they haven't.  She's taken over Detective (Batman's original series, numbered in the 800s).

I'm starting to warm to Grayson as Batman.  He's different, but not a bad sort of different.  Of course, since I'm now comfortable with him in the role, Bruce will come back.
