And I'm also sure you're aware that the iPhone doesn't support Flash so suggesting that a Flash widget support the iPhone is like suggesting a Nintendo game support the Sega Genesis.
We're not expecting the iPhone to support Flash. We're just using the iPhone as inspiration for how Flash should handle clicks and drags.

...and, I think I broke my iPod (submerged). I think I'm too absent-minded at times to own one.

That's why I have a service plan on mine. I can smash it to smithereens and still get it replaced. As long as I'm not so absent-minded that I simply forget I have it with me and leave it lying around some place... one of the downsides of such a small, thin device.

I think I may have dodged a bullet, but time will tell. It needs some rice bed-rest.
I don't think we have a service plan on mine, but it was a gift, so I'd have to ask Melissa.
They tend to discourage submerging your iPod in dirty dishwater. Maybe I should just buy one of those shells for it that swimmers use.

If need be, I do have a 160GB 5th gen iPod I am trying to sell. I had one guy contact me on craigslist to buy it but he no-showed. Bastard.

Hmm. After I see how mine is, you might have a buyer. I'm not sure how long I should leave it in the rice - it was only dipped in the water a split second, but I'm hesitant to "test the waters".

I would leave it for at least 24-48 hours. Same thing happened to my wife with her cell phone - except it was in coffee and on the day she bought it. Works fine after the rice bath.

What this "rice bath" business? Does it somehow absorb water?

In a word, yes, that's the idea.
*edit* It works like new! I mean that literally - I had to hit "restore", which wiped out the hd and reinstalled to factory default.
But, dang. 160 GB was tempting.

Restore seems to be the iPod equivalent of smacking the side of your TV.

I've had to hit Restore a few times. Once when I didn't have all my tunes backed up. Hated doing that.

There's no such thing as a 160GB 5th generation iPod, at least if the Internet is to be believed... Maybe you'd get more bites if you advertised something that Apple actually sells.

He has the first 160 GB iPod classic, but it is possible to have a 160 GB iPod video by installing a new hdd, iirc.

I haven't even advertised it anywhere as of yet.

Which as I understand it is the 6th generation. I haven't even advertised it anywhere as of yet. I assumed that "trying to sell" meant "trying to sell on eBay or Craigslist", not "trying to sell to select people".

I haven't gotten around to posting it anywhere yet. Soon, though.
