Fun facts about Chuck Norris:
Newton's Third Law is wrong: Although it states that for each action, there is an equal and opposite reaction, there is no force equal in reaction to a Chuck Norris roundhouse kick.
Chuck Norris can divide by zero.

Ok, then, what could I have gotten for you? Not sure... =D I think that was a pretty darn diverse purchase, myself, and there is probably at least one thing on there that you might like. Well, keep buying stuff. Maybe you'll stumble on something that I like. I'm not going to buy a CD unless I'm almost certain that I'll like it...

Make sure you let us know how you like all that stuff, Dv, particularly Miles and War.
Some albums I'd like to acquire in the next month or so:
The Innocence Mission- Befriended David Bowie- Reality (possibly... I'll have to listen before I buy) Elvis Costello- North REM- Murmur, Reckoning, and Fables of the Reconstruction Miles Davis- Sketches of Spain, Bitches Brew and others Joshua Redman- Moodswings

I think I might have you beat with my last purchase: The Best of Erik Satie (turn-of-the century piano compositions) Tool, "Lateralus" Puccini, "Tosca" sung by Andrea Bocelli and Florenza Cedolins Some CD by Diana Krall B.B. King, "Blues on the Danube" Delerium, "Chimera" and Pettersson's 5th Symphony. That's about as diverse as I've ever gotten Skraps

I only buy albums one at a time. So do I, usually. In this case, I got a good deal by buying then all together. As a result, this could be the most diverse purchase I ever have.

I only buy albums one or two at a time, but just for the sake of my comparison, here are my last few purchases:
Ohio, Over the Rhine Nickel Creek, Nickel Creek Mimes of the Old West, This Train Vertical Reality, Eric Champion Me Died Blue, Steven Delopoulos The Life and Times of Absolute Truth, Tree63 Hotel Paper, Michelle Branch
And that doesn't include the free stuff that Sparrow Records sent me to review (ZOEgirl, David Crowder Band, Passion '03, Charlie Hall, Jump5 - not that I'd buy all of these!) and the copies of Joseph Arthur's latest and 3 Innocence Mission albums that Josh sent me.
Dv, I don't recall seeing any teen pop albums on your list! HA! (Not that I mind, but if you're going for diveristy, you should have at least one "dumb" album before you can make that claim.)

Is Hotel Paper any good? I like "Are you Happy Now." but how's the rest of the album? Listen to him, Dv. Where's your Britney Spear's album?

Looks like I will actually be paying 25$ shipped for all of these. Thats $3.50 a CD for brand new CDs. At the price, if I don't like them, I can sell them for a profit. So, I do reccomend BMG Music to anyone, if you're patient.

How patient is patient? Well, they take about two days to get you into their system when you first sign up, and they took about a week overall to ship the CDs. Once the shipped, they took about 4 days to get here. I think they have a website, but do all the dirty work the old fashioned, paper based way, so you don't get the real time deedback that you do from a normal online store. Their prices, if you take advantage of their deals, can't be beat, though. I would also check out their selection and see if there is enough that you like. If anyone does decide to sign up, if you work it out with me(not sure how yet) I will get some music points when you sign up so keep that in mind. =D Selfish, I know.

I was just wondering why you put that there in your post. I've noticed other seemingly random songs in your other posts. What's up?

I get free CDs.
And it's a mixed blessing.
Because to keep getting them I have to review them. Which means I have to listen to all of them. And most of them end up being pretty crummy, to my ears.
So I give 'em negative reviews. And then the labels don't send me free music any more...

We'll see what the folks at Sparrow think of me when I'm done with that one. Ironically, it won't make the top spot on my "Worst Albums that I Actually Listened to This Year" list. That honor still goes to GlassByrd. Jump5 actually has a few songs that are decent - from a mindless teen pop point of view, of course.
