I don't know if I'd go that far, and the level at which this album was praised is unprecedented for him, but he's not the guy with the best flow or the most clever rat-a-tat rhyming schemes or what have you, which may be why the collaborative aspect of the album is so critical to its success. A good part of the reason to listen to his music is the production value, I think.

I don't know what to tell you - my reaction to him as an MC isn't that strongly negative.

I love him.  He's a legitimate, relatively uncensored personality.  That's one of the biggest things I look for in a pop star.  Also part of the reason I love Ke$ha.

I'm not convinced Kesha even makes serious music.

i think kesha makes sarcastic, garbage music.  Unless she's actually just stupid.
