I'm not quite ready to do my own list yet (I'm hoping to find the time to see Tintin before it leaves theaters), but I figured I'd at least get the ball rolling by starting the thread...

2010
2009
2008
2007
2006
2005

If you don’t have freedom as a principle, you can never see a reason not to make an exception. There are constantly going to be times when for one reason or another there’s some practical convenience in making an exception.

Yay.

Hugo - A+
Source Code - B+
Cowboys and Aliens - B
X-Men: First Class - B
The Adventures of Tintin - B-
Despicable Me - B-
Rango - B-
Puss in Boots - B-
Paul - C+
Red Riding Hood - C

As always, the ratings are nearly arbitrary, entirely inconsistent, likely inaccurate, and void where prohibited. No cash value. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery for two hours after use.

I was wondering why we didn't start this thread a year ago. Fortunately we have the "Last Movie You Saw" thread, so I can go back through and enumerate them all. This is just the stuff released in 2011; I've dusted off my old 2010 journal to add some stuff that was released in '10 that I finally got around to watching in '11.

And the Winners Are:
1. Bridesmaids A
2. Source Code A-
3. Cars 2 B+
4. The Descendants B+
5. The Help B+
6. Hugo B+
7. Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol B+
8. X-Men: First Class B
9. Burn Notice: The Fall of Sam Axe B
10. Kung Fu Panda 2 B

"Winning" in the Charlie Sheen Sense:
11. Puss in Boots B-
12. Super 8 B-
13. Arthur B-
14. Thor B-
