BTW, bloop, I finally downloaded Pablo Honey. I'll stop complaining about The Bends now! You mean "Pablo Honey" aka the lost U2 album? "The Bends" has its place in rock history and deserves it IMO. It did break a certain mold for what was popular with British bands at the time, and has done well critically and deserves much of it, even though it is an album of its time in many ways. I just see "Pablo Honey" as a pretty standard, average alternative record with a few tracks that only hint at future greatness. Still, for what it is, it's better than Kutless. |
