I ask that you keep me and about 50 other people from my church in your prayers, starting tomorrow. We leave for a 6 day mission trip to a small town in Montana. We'll be doing VBS, back yard Bible clubs, construction, and pretty much anything else they ask of us. Just pray that our time there will really make some sort of difference. And I'll be lifting up all of you, too, so that you might be able to survive a week here without me.  Wink

I will definitely pray. If nothing else, it will distract me from the empty tomb that is my soul when Andrea isn't around...

Tomorrow morning I leave for my third (and final!) mission trip of the summer. I'll be headed to M-Fuge in Riverside, California. I've never been to California or M-Fuge before so this is definitely a new thing for me. I ask that you keep me in your prayers, along with the 46 others going with me. Most importantly, pray that I will somehow survive the 22-hour bus ride...

Ugh, 22 hours. I've never managed to sleep on a bus. I'll pray that you have better luck Wink

If you don’t have freedom as a principle, you can never see a reason not to make an exception. There are constantly going to be times when for one reason or another there’s some practical convenience in making an exception.
